Decision Commission of Pakistan on Tuesday reported the timetable for by-races in NA-120, the seat fell empty after Supreme Court precluded Nawaz Sharif as Prime Minister in Panama Papers case.
According to the ECP plan, the by-surveys in NA-120 will be hung on September 17.
The hopefuls will present the assignment papers between August 10 and 12 and the constituent body will audit the papers between August 15 and 17. The last rundown of applicants will be issued on August 26.
The seat was left empty after Nawaz Sharif’s exclusion from open office. The ECP de-informed Nawaz on July 28 as a Member of the National Assembly.
Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) pioneer Shahbaz Sharif and Dr Yasmeen Rashid of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) are relied upon to challenge by-races in NA-120.
